The ARA’s mission is to reduce alcohol-related harm through combating the misuse and abuse of alcohol beverages and promoting only their responsible use.

Age Watch Campaign

Soon after the launch of the ARA in the early nineties, the association, in cooperation with the retail sector, started a poster and sticker campaign in outlets to remind all concerned that alcohol beverages were not to be sold to those under the age of 18 and that where in doubt, identification should be requested.
